Rules and regulations:
- Submit before January 19th, 2015
- Send the completed application form and submission fee enclosed
- Submissions fee is: June 6th to October 3rd, 2014 $25
- October 4th to December 19th, 2014 $30
- December 20th to January 1st, 2015 $40
- January 2nd to January 19th, 2015 $70
- You must hold the copyrights to th eproject(s) submitted
- The project must be on DVD or Blu Ray and be NTSC format (no Pal)

We are open to all genres and do not judge on content, only quality. MBIFF also has a budget category, so a film with a 10 thousand dollar budget does not compete against a project with a 10 million dollar budget (with the exception of the overall winner).
