THE FESTIVAL
With film presentations taking place in the heart of Hollywood, the Festival presents a valuable screening platform for independent filmmakers, while providing for access to the studios and industry at large. The 2014 event will continue the successful Network Program introduced in the 2013 edition, bringing industry professionals together with participating filmmakers. Valuable connections will be made, as these sessions explore the evolving landscape of the business, from development and production to marketing and distribution.
THE LOCATION
Visiting filmmakers will be treated with world class hospitality, from the time they land in Los Angles to their hotel accommodations, from the Opening Night Gala at the historic Cinerama Dome to the Closing Night Gala at the famed Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel – where the first Academy Awards took place. Filmmakers will get a taste of tinseltown history, while having an opportunity to experience the New Hollywood.
THE PRIZES
While we understand filmmakers, especially social impact storytellers, don’t make movies to win awards, we all know there is value is being recognized for your work.
