Founded in 2008, VIP Belgium is a luxury events agency based in Brussels and working internationally and experienced in Cannes for a deccade.
We are fortunate to have worked with more than 200 celebrities and many international brands and media. For the past nine years, we have organized events in the most prestigious locations during the Cannes Film Festival. These included yachts, Hotel Majestic, Hotel Martinez and beaches, such as Palm Beach, as well as private villas. PRESENTATION OF THE CONCEPT
Following the success of the first two editions of our Cine-‐Arts concept organized at the Majestic Hotel, we decided to follow up and open the Cine Arts Gallery. Visit us at the occasion of the 70th Cannes Film Festival which will take place from 17th to 28th May 2017.
Our gallery of more than 300 square meters (with interior and exterior sections) intends to highlight all forms of artistic expression and it will be regularly energized through live performances. We believe that if the 7th art is honored during the twelve days of the Festival it is without doubt that it was inspired by the previous six.
Painting, drawing, sculpture, music, dance and literature, together with performing art, photography and fashion, art of all forms in their splendor will be represented during this prestigious event.
The gallery will be set up in the gardens of the Grand Hotel, a strategic location on the famous Croisette in order to gain maximum visibility and press coverage.
This event, unique in its genre, will enable both young talents and experienced artists to demonstrate their work and talents.
PROGRAM
The Cine Arts Gallery will open its doors on May 17th 2017, and will last throughout the entire duration of the Festival. It will be open to the public every day from 10:00 to 17:30.
Here, people will have an opportunity to discover the work of renowned artists who excel in their field.
A press interview space will also be set up within its structure.
You will then be able to enjoy, from 17:30 to 19:00, some musical events prepared by our partner Coca-‐Cola.
These will also feature DJ Stephane Pompougnac famous for his compilations of Hotel Costes.
Every evening, from 21:00 to 01:00, private cocktail parties will be organized on request.
OUR OBJECTIVE
We want to provide a place to meet for both, professionals and individuals. For the professionals: to gain maximum press coverage we plan to carry out numerous interviews with celebrities and artists inside the Cine Arts Gallery.
We will contact public relations agencies, press agencies, celebrity agents, film companies and other media groups to offer them free interviews place within our venue. We will also offer companies an opportunity to rent our space for a specific period of time in order to organize their appointments and meetings.
For artists / galleries: we present a possibility to exhibit during the 12 days of the Festival the pieces of art of their choice.
For individuals: we want to offer a unique opportunity to discover the work of artists while having a drink in an exclusive venue during the Festival.
A vast communication campaign will be carried out in Cannes during the entire duration of the Festival.
Our hostesses will take care of promoting the Cine Arts Gallery via flyer distribution both, in the famous Croisette and at events organized by our partners.
