1. Introduction
1.1. The Fest Fest and its 2017 edition called WORLD FEST FEST (Festival internazionale delle feste) are a “CASA DELFINO” onlus Foundation production. All the rights over the name and logo of the event are copyrighted and own by the Foundation.
1.2. The WORLD FEST FEST 2017 will take place in Cuneo, in Villa Torre Acceglio, fraz. Madonna delle Grazie, via Torre Acceglio n.59, on Sunday 3 September 2017.
In order to run the program and for the organization of its sections The Casa Delfino onlus Foundation will be using an Artistic Direction which, according to the regulations in this guide, will have the final decision regarding the admission and the sending of the videos shown during the program.
2. Purposes
2.1. The WORLD FEST FEST promotes the potential of the moving picture as a tool to spread culture and as a social gathering.
The WORLD FEST FEST supportes sperimentation in favour of the expression of the author, audiovisual quality and the new generations' creativity.
2.2. The WORLD FEST FEST also aims at the contribution to the quality of the celebrations by hosting events that are especially interesting in many cultural aspects and promoting a constructive dialogue among them. We also want to create a dialogue among different customs and traditions.
3.1. The WORLD FEST FEST 2017 contest program is divided in 2 sections:
3.1.1. FEST.DOC
3.1.2. FEST.FICTION This section is reserved for fiction dealing with the celebration theme.
No documentaries or reportage of celebrations that took place in reality will be therefore admitted.
